Lead time depends on complexity and quantity. Rapid prototyping can be delivered within 3–7 days, while batch production orders typically range from 2–4 weeks. With 65 five-axis CNC machines and efficient workflow, we ensure fast delivery without compromising quality.
Do you provide design support and engineering review?
Yes. Our engineering team provides Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis, CAD/CAM validation, and tolerance analysis before production. This helps optimize costs, reduce lead times, and ensure the final product meets technical specifications.
How do you ensure quality and precision?
CYF-CNC follows strict quality control at every stage, including IQC, IPQC, and OQC inspections. We use CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), hardness testers, and advanced metrology tools to guarantee tight tolerances up to ±0.005mm.
Can you handle surface finishing in-house?

Do you accept custom drawings and modifications?

With two factories covering over 6,500 sqm, 65 five-axis CNC machines, 30 turning centers, and 10 Citizen sliding head machines, CYF-CNC can handle both low-volume prototypes and large-scale production efficiently.
How do you handle confidential or proprietary projects?
CYF-CNC has secure production facilities including cleanrooms and confidential workshops. We sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) upon request to ensure your intellectual property and product designs remain fully protected.
