Production Workflow
CYF-CNC follows a clear, customer-focused production workflow designed for speed and predictability. The typical flow begins with customer input (drawings, CAD files or samples) followed by a technical review and quotation. Our engineers conduct DFM reviews and propose optimizations if applicable. Once approved, we move into rapid prototyping or sample production to validate dimensions, materials and finishes. Prototypes receive focused inspection and feedback loops with the customer; after approval we finalize process documentation, tooling and batch routing for production. During batch production we implement in-process checks at key stages, then proceed to surface finishing and final inspection before packing. Each shipment is prepared with part marking and documentation as required. For IP-sensitive projects we apply confidential handling procedures and limit access to authorized staff only. This end-to-end workflow ensures traceable quality, predictable schedules and streamlined handoff from prototype to mass production.
